Business Development : “ move into new opportunities ”

  • Define clearly the GAPS and screen potential opportunities to let the business grow . ( e.g. geographic expansion, new customer segments, new technology, expand offering or channels, separate entity to market non core/new technologies, ...)
  • Assess the different models for organic growth scenarios ; Alliances, separate business entity/unit or internal development
  • Provide market research, business case, IP technology or product review, implementation and organisational concepts to create new business opportunities
  • Cooperate closely with management
  • Support preparing of roadmap, marketing, sales, distribution and service plan
  • Support implementation of end to end solution process
  • Follow up and steer operational implementation

Business Transformation or Restructuring : “adapt assets to changing market”

  • Propose and implement model to create business for non core technologies
  • Transferring of non core business segments : sell off/JV/ partners
  • Implement move of organization into new business area
  • Implement a leaner structure or turnaround

Coaching  and operational support : “create a state of the art, efficient structure”

  • Provide industry expert advice to start-ups, spin-offs, small enterprises
  • Provide support to bring a technology or product efficiently to the market
  • Provide guidance to set up e.g. sales, marketing, service, finance,... structures
